What we're here to do

Free information.
No agenda. No paywall.
No exceptions.

Minds Awaken exists because the information that could change someone's life — genuinely change it — is scattered, jargon-heavy, buried behind paywalls, or filtered through the lens of people who profit from keeping it complicated.

We're here to fix that. Everything on this site is free. The courses are free. The resource center is free. The medicine guides, the safety information, the integration frameworks, the veteran-specific research — all of it, free, with no account required and no email capture standing between you and what you came to find.

That's not a temporary state or a marketing strategy. It's the point. People who need this information the most are often the least able to pay for it. That will never be a reason to withhold it.

The principles behind everything here

What Minds Awaken
stands for

01

Evidence First. Always.

Every claim on this site is grounded in peer-reviewed research. When the evidence is preliminary, we say so. When there are genuine risks, we name them clearly and completely. We don't soften inconvenient findings to make psychedelics look better than they are, and we don't amplify hype to drive traffic. Accuracy is non-negotiable.

02

Free. No Exceptions.

The Inner Compass Course, the Foundation Course, the Water Way — all free. The resource center, the medicine guides, the safety information, the veteran research — all free. No premium tier, no email gate, no "free trial." If it's on this site, it's accessible to everyone, regardless of what they can afford.

03

No Ads. No Affiliates. No Agenda.

Minds Awaken doesn't carry advertising. We don't accept payment from retreat centers, pharmaceutical companies, or clinical trial sponsors in exchange for coverage or recommendations. When a center is listed in our directory, it's because they asked to be listed — not because they paid for a favorable review. What you read here is not for sale.

04

Veterans Are a Priority.

The ibogaine and psilocybin research for combat-related PTSD and TBI is some of the most compelling in the field. Veterans who carried the weight of service home deserve access to that research — not in a watered-down summary, but in full, with sources, with honest discussion of risks, and with specific information about programs and pathways available to them. That content exists here and will continue to be built out.

"The information that could change a life shouldn't cost one. It should be free, clear, and honest."
— The Minds Awaken Mission
Who this is for

You don't need to
fit a particular mold.

If you're a combat veteran carrying what service left behind — the hypervigilance, the distance, the sleep that doesn't come, the things that are hard to name — and you've heard that psychedelic therapy might help and want to understand whether that's real: this site was built with you specifically in mind. The veteran content here covers the actual research, the actual risks, the actual pathways, and the actual programs. It does not soften the hard parts.

If you're considering psychedelic therapy for the first time and don't know where to start — what's legal, what's safe, what to look for in a facilitator, how to prepare, what integration actually means — the Inner Compass Course is twelve modules of exactly that. Evidence-informed, honest about uncertainty, free.

If you're in integration after a session and trying to make sense of what happened — or trying to live the insights rather than just remember them — the Water Way course is a structured daily practice for exactly that. Eighteen chapters, a 30-day guide, no mysticism required.

If you're skeptical — of the hype, of the wellness industry, of anything that sounds too good to be true — you're in the right place. This site doesn't ask you to believe anything. It asks you to read the research and think for yourself.

If you're a clinician, researcher, or retreat professional looking for a resource to share with clients and patients — everything here is free to use, share, and link to. No permission needed.

Three free courses. One mission.
